What Is A Douga?

A genga gives an idea of how the subject should look, whereas a douga is the exact blueprint of the final cel. Once an artist reaches the douga stage, the decisions should be final.

What Is The Best Way To Store Animation Cels?

We send all our cels and drawings in acid free bags and boards. You can leave them as is and every year or so remove them from the bags to breath for a day before placing them back into the bag and board. 

Sunlight and humidity are the kryptonite for cels. Keep them away from direct sunlight and humid rooms.

What Is Your Return Policy?

How Do I Get free Shipping?

Free shipping is offered to all orders in Australia which are over the value of $100. Free shipping is not offered to international orders just yet.
