This is an Original Animation Production Cel from the Voltron Vehicle Force TV series.

This cel is of Jeff and is from Episode 12 - Solos Lost World. 

Original Production Cels are one-of-a-kind pieces of art that were used in the creation of the television show. Each has been hand-painted by studio artists on a piece of celluloid acetate, and has been photographed over a background painting to create a frame of the finished production.

The Production drawing is supplied but is stuck to the cel, please refer to the image provided.
